Rachel Sanders (pictured), previously sales training and development manager with WorldCom and a past Sales Performance Association’s sales trainer of the year, helped research the scenarios for the S-LJI. As a result, the S-LJI has high face validity with anybody working in sales and marketing management.
The norm group, against whom the test-taker is compared are Europe-wide, with diverse backgrounds, some with considerable seniority. Scores on the S-LJI have been found to be associated with sales team productivity, so completing it could have a considerable effect on the sales leader's decision making impact. Completion of the S-LJI can be highly recommended for the continuing professional development of a sales leader.
The Personal Insight Report is our premium report which provides detailed feedback on performance in all areas of leadership judgement and preference. The report also includes a personal development planning process, which aids the person in designing a development plan based upon the findings. It is a stand-alone report that should be used by test-takers in high-stakes, high-performance and senior executive development settings. This report is the recommended precursor to Coach on the Desktop (CotD) or the Personal Leadership Development Programme as it enables well-defined behavioural objectives to be set. Integrating LJI completion with the Personal Leadership Development Programme demonstrates the integrated and coherent nature of Formula 4 Leadership's product range.
