Coachees use the CotD online between coaching sessions. They enjoy using it to help them apply leadership theory to the day-to-day challenges which they are facing. The CotD keeps a database of the approaches they have taken and this can be explored at the next coaching session.
By engaging the coachee in this way, coaches have been able to accelerate leadership development. They have also been able to use collated data to demonstrate measurable improvement for the organisation while maintaining individual confidentiality.
